OIP Sensor Systems specializes in design, development and manufacture of high-end
opto-electronic components and systems for security, defence and space applications.

OIP Sensor Systems is actively involved in feasibility studies, state-of-the-art development and production.

OIP Sensor Systems offers a comprehensive range of night vision systems, several types of platform mounted systems, from day-night periscopes to fully integrated fire control systems, thermal imagers, laser rangefinders, head mounted displays as well as systems and components for aerospace and industrial applications.

Optics

Besides its standard products, OIP designs and develops custom-made conventional and diffractive optical systems for all kinds of applications in the military, industrial and space markets.
OIP has developed more than 10.000 special holographic optical elements (HOEs) over the years.

Electronics

The electronics know-how is tremendously important. A totally new product, or an adaptation of an existing one, may be required to design on customers demand.
Starting from the specs, a choice of the technology is made. Then, the development phase is recursed; first the theoretical design is done and some simulations are run. After the tests during the experimental phase in the electronics lab, the layout of the circuit is done.

Fine Mechanics

OIP has a fully equipped mechanical workshop to handle prototyping of complicated mechanical and optical components.
