Accounting Employee – as from mid October 2024 – temporary assignment – replacement sick leave

Assignment:

Together with the 3 other members of the Financial Team, you will report to the CFO. After your training period, you will autonomously take care of:
• Booking and following up on the approval of incoming invoices, credit notes, and expense reports
• Booking bank statements
• Answering and handling payment reminders
• Various administrative tasks within the accounting department

Profile:

• You have a good knowledge of Excel
• You speak fluently Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English
• Experience with an ERP-program (preferably Navision) is a strong plus
• You work accurately and enjoy working with numbers
• You are a fluent communicator and you can work as well autonomously as in a team
• You are available on short notice

• Full-time employment for a temporary period (3 to 4 months) – part-time negotiable
