Your Role

As an Assembly Supervisor, you will take the lead in ensuring smooth and efficient assembly operations. Your mission: guide, support, and empower your team while optimizing workflow and resource planning. Lead, coach, and motivate the assembly team to ensure their competencies are optimally and efficiently utilized.

• Inspire, coach, and motivate your team to maximize their skills and efficiency
• Plan and allocate resources for ongoing production projects
• Select, recruit, and onboard both permanent and temporary employees
• Streamline and structure production flows across multiple assembly stages
• Assess and manage required resources, ensuring optimal use of time and materials
• Develop and maintain route cards, keeping processes clear and structured
• Monitor and track production progress, ensuring all orders are completed efficiently
• Oversee and approve working hours of assembly employees

Your Profile

• Master in engineering or Bachelor with relevant experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a production environment
• Experience with assembly processes and lean manufacturing is a plus
• A strong leader and mentor, skilled in coaching and team development
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a must
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
