Management Assistant

Your assignment

As Management Assistant for the Program Management Office Team (PMO), you will have broad responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to the Head of Program Management and the PMO Team
• Preparing files and reports for customer presentations
• Creating, transcribing, and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
• Assisting in set up and E-filing of proposals, documentation,…
• Follow-up of agendas, absences, reservations of meeting rooms
• Preparing meeting rooms for the external visitors of the PMO Team
• Back-up for reception together with other secretaries in case of absence of the receptionist

Your profile

• Bachelor Secretary or equivalent by experience
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in a secretary position
• Languages: Dutch (excellent), English (very good), French (good)
• MS Office: (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent administrative skills
• Discrete with confidential information
• Pro-active and hands-on
• Communicative teamplayer
• Good planning and organization skills
• Customer minded & flexible
