The TIGRIS-IR Thermal Clip-on Sight is part of OIP Sensor Systems’ night vision and thermal systems. Designed for sniper rifles; it is a compact, lightweight and high-performance system.
TIGRIS-IR enables day and night operation without boresight realignment. It features an uncooled 8-14 μm shutterless detector.
The system can be paired with a precision day scopes (1x to 8x magnification), but it can even perform with day scopes up to 12x magnification. Mounting and dismounting TIGRIS-IR is quick and tool-free.
The sight includes a keypad for image processing and its menu functions are displayed on a colour OLED screen.
Powered by 4 AA lithium batteries, it is also compatible with external power sources for training or maintenance purposes. Ambidextrous use is possible, with adjustments at center and top.
Additionally, the integrated STANAG 4694 interface allows mounting it on weapons equipped with a MILSTD- 1913 (Picatinny) rail.
